According to former Arsenal defender William Gallas, the World Cup in Qatar will help Arsenal win the Premier League title in 2022–23.

Gallas, who made 142 appearances for the Gunners, told Genting Casino that the World Cup can aid Arsenal in winning the championship.
If you compare Arsenal and Manchester City, Arsenal has ten players who are traveling to the World Cup, and of those ten players, maybe four of them will start for their national teams.
Nine or ten of the sixteen Manchester City players who are traveling will start every match for their country, making up nearly the entire first team.
Arsenal, in my opinion, has a better chance of winning the Premier League than any other team because no one can predict how the players will feel following the World Cup.
They will depart for the scorching heat of Qatar and return to the bitter cold of England.
In all seriousness, they won’t have much time to recharge their batteries and will have a hard time adjusting.
