Juventus Claim That Pogba Would Return As A Champion

Pogba is Juventus’ second significant signing in recent days. After being released by French champions Paris Saint-Germain, the club signed experienced Argentina winger Angel Di Maria.

On Monday, French world champion Paul Pogba returned to Juventus on a free transfer, hoping to restart a club career that had stalled at Manchester United.

Pogba had his medical over the weekend and has signed a four-year contract at an estimated 8 million euros ($8.12 million) per season with a potential two million euros in bonuses.

He rejoins Juventus after his contract with Manchester United expired at the end of last month, completing a relatively unsuccessful six-year stay in England.

Sociopathic Compared to when he started, United is further away from the top of the English league. It has gone nine years without lifting the Premier League championship.

Despite Juve’s claim that Pogba would return as a champion, he only managed to win two trophies during his six years at United after winning eight during his previous four seasons in Juventus.

In addition, Pogba has generally performed better for France over the past six years than he did for Manchester United.

Pogba now seems to be totally focused on the present rather than his United past.

The player reportedly declined to sign a United jersey on Sunday after a fan brought it to the Juventus medical facility where he was conducting testing.

Paulo Dybala, who might sign with Inter Milan after the Turin giants released Argentina’s forward, is anticipated to pass the number 10 shirt to Pogba. Pogba used that jersey during his last year at Juventus.

He transferred from United to Juve four years prior while still a teenager, and he quickly established himself in a dynamic midfield with players like Andrea Pirlo and Arturo Vidal.

Juve finished fourth last season, 16 points behind champion AC Milan. Allegri will be hoping that Pogba can help Juve regain its previous glory.
